elucidate Group required us to design and build an exhibition stand for them so they could exhibit at their first show, Restaurant Bar Tech Live 2018 at ExCeL London, to launch the brand and act as a sales tool to gain more exposure in line with their marketing plans. Originally the brief was to design a shell scheme, but the outcome exceeded expectations.
The Process and Delivery
To kick-start this project we provided elucidate with two exhibition stand design concepts, and worked with them to finalise the graphics to ensure the key messaging was spot on. The end result was an extremely well-lit stand with an engaging digital space and a meeting area.
The exhibition stand design process was smooth, the client was happy with the concepts we provided to them and really liked the design options too. The exhibition stand build was also a success. This project was a great example of working to a plan and a timeline, with plenty of time to fine tune the graphics and deliver the stand on time and to budget.
To create a great first impression for potential customers for elucidate, we created a custom animation to really develop their brand beyond the logo and to engage with and draw more visitors to the stand. Not only will this animation be used at future events, but the icons and illustrations we created to promote the client’s four key services are now an integrated part of the elucidate brand and can be used across any future collateral. Creating the animation allowed for their tone of voice to develop.
Our animation process is refined and a custom animation can be an excellent addition to a stand design. We can deliver short videos to run at your events to make you stand out from the crowd.
elucidate’s first exhibition stand was a success, so much so they have chosen to store their stand with us for use at next year’s event.
