Use of data
Once the data is collected, if the project goes no further than a quote stage, the details will be securely archived. If the quotation is accepted by the client and work is to commence, the data will be uploaded to the project management and accounts systems and will be used for the completion of business as well as further marketing and outreach.
Security of data
PDL ensures that it has in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction or damage of data. We will only supply limited customer data to third parties in the event this is required to complete a task and consent is gathered by the client. We have non-disclosure agreements in place with all our third party suppliers.
PDL and its employees will never pass your information to a third party without your consent. By providing us with your information you have consented for us to use it for the purposes above.
