Project Management
We aim to build long lasting relationships and consider ourselves privileged to call a lot of our clients friends as in some cases, we’ve worked together for a number of years. Our account managers often work irregular hours to ensure all queries and requests are answered to put our client’s minds at ease. Ensuring a project runs smoothly is equally important as meeting the brief set.

For clients who come to us often, we assign a dedicated account manager (or two, depending on the size of the account) to oversee all the projects we’re working on for that particular client. This ensures a streamlined approach and provides a consistent point of contact from our side to answer any queries and gather all information needed for each task we undertake. The account manager is usually in contact with the client regularly to make sure we’re always on track to deliver against the objectives outlined.
For each project we undertake, one of our project managers will oversee the process, making sure it stays on track throughout. As well as creating action plans, outlining timelines and follow up notes, the project manager will liaise with the client, designers and any external suppliers needed to make the process as efficient as possible. Your PM is your first port of call for any updates, issues or changes to your project, ensuring a clear line of communication from start to finish.
If you’ve signed up to a retainer, your account manager will oversee all ongoing projects and keep you informed of the hours and costs incurred each month. We plan out activities, usually quarterly, inline with your ongoing marketing strategy and schedule tasks according to priority. It gives us the opportunity to invest in your company further and provide valuable input on a regular basis.
